REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Volktr. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging (where possible)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, email us at volktrstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 business hours with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

If your return is rejected (for example, the item shows clear signs of misuse or damage beyond normal use), we will contact you to discuss next steps before sending the item back to you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at volktrstore.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will:
- Replace the item at no cost to you, OR
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping cost

You won't need to ship the damaged item back unless we specifically request it.

EXCHANGES

We currently process exchanges as a refund + repurchase. If you'd like to exchange your item, request a refund using the process above and place a new order for the item you want.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing significant signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Free promotional items or gifts

WARRANTY (separate from refunds)

All Volktr products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it at no cost.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
