WHERE WE SHIP
Volktr currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
We are working on expanding shipping options. Sign up to our newsletter at volktr.com to be notified when we ship to your area.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 4–7 business days after shipping.
Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 5–9 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@volktr.com and we'll investigate.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Volktr is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, mailroom)
3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are scanned as delivered before the final drop-off
4. Contact your carrier with the tracking number
5. If still missing after 48 hours, email support@volktr.com and we'll help you file a carrier claim
For high-value or signature-required deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

ADDRESS CHANGES
We can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot redirect it. You will need to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or wait for the package to be returned to us so we can resend it (additional shipping cost may apply).
To change an address before shipment, email volktrstore@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Reshipment may incur an additional shipping fee.
If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the package being returned, we will refund the order minus original shipping costs.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All Volktr products ship within the United States. No customs duties or international taxes apply.
Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping state, in compliance with US sales tax laws.
